This Privacy Policy describes how Draw Desk (“the App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the App on Apple devices.

What the App does

Draw Desk is a lifestyle drawing utility. You can draw on photos from your library or on blank paper using pens, shapes, text, and zoom; keep editable drafts on your device; and share, copy, or save finished images with system features. The App is free to use and may show advertisements. You may optionally buy a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads.

Information we process

1. Photos, drawings, and drafts (on your device)

Examples: photos you choose to open, drawing strokes, shapes, text notes, and draft metadata. These stay on your device unless you choose to share, copy, or save them using the system share sheet, pasteboard, or Photos. We do not operate a cloud gallery or public feed of your drawings.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob and partners)

When ads are shown, Google AdMob and its partners may process information such as:

• Device advertising identifiers (for example IDFA after you allow tracking in App Tracking Transparency, or other identifiers where permitted)

• Advertising and interaction data related to ad delivery and measurement

• Approximate (coarse) location, typically inferred from IP address — the App does not request GPS / precise location permission for this

• Diagnostic or technical data needed to serve ads

Your choices under App Tracking Transparency and, where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) affect how personalized advertising may work. If you purchase Remove Ads, we stop requesting ads on that device for that purchase.

3. Analytics (Umeng / 友盟)

If you agree to the in-app privacy notice, Umeng may collect device and usage information (such as device identifiers, product interaction, and diagnostic data including crash or performance signals the SDK may collect) to help us understand how the App is used. If you do not agree, analytics is not initialized.

4. Purchases

Apple processes Remove Ads payments. Through StoreKit we receive entitlement / purchase history needed to unlock Remove Ads and support Restore. We do not receive your full payment card numbers.

5. Feedback email

If you contact support, we receive the content of your message and the device information block included in the feedback template (app version, OS version, device model).

How we use information

• Provide drawing, drafts, photo preparation, export, share, copy, save, and related features

• Show ads (unless you purchased Remove Ads) and measure ad performance

• Improve stability and understand usage when analytics is enabled

• Respond to feedback and support requests

• Honor Restore Purchases and Remove Ads entitlements

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising and analytics providers process data under their own policies when those SDKs run. When you share or copy an image, the destination app or service receives what you send under that service’s terms.

Retention

Drafts and drawings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Advertising and analytics retention follows those providers’ policies. Support emails are kept as needed to respond to you.

Your choices

• Decline or limit tracking in iOS Settings (App Tracking Transparency)

• Use Privacy Options in the App where Google UMP privacy options are available

• Purchase Remove Ads to stop ad requests on that device

• Delete drafts in the App or uninstall the App to remove on-device drawings

Children

The App is rated 4+. We do not knowingly create our own profiles of children. Advertising and analytics SDKs, when enabled, may process data as described by those providers and by Apple’s rules.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes may also be noted in the App or on the App Store.
