Privacy Policy for PARK Later
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how PARK Later (“the App”), also branded in-app as PARK, published by Sucheng Wen (“we,” “us”), handles information.
1. Overview
PARK Later is a local-first productivity app. You can park short notes (stalls), clear them later, and optionally unlock Unlimited via Apple In-App Purchase. We designed the App so that your stall content remains on your device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not operate an account system. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the App. We do not sell personal information.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores on your device (for example via Apple’s SwiftData and UserDefaults):
• Stall content you enter (including optional tags and related metadata such as created/completed times)
• App preferences (appearance, accent theme, clear reminder time, occupy-after setting, haptics, unlock flag)
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself (for example by exporting, screenshotting, or emailing).
4. Purchases
If you buy Unlimited, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details. The App may store a local entitlement flag so Unlimited features remain unlocked on that device. Restore Purchases uses your Apple ID through Apple’s systems.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may schedule a local daily reminder to clear your lot. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Local notifications are processed by Apple’s system on your device.
6. Clipboard, Links, Mail, and Sharing
• Clipboard: used only when you choose Paste in the Park sheet.
• Links: if stall text contains a URL and you tap Open, iOS opens that URL.
• Feedback: if you use Feedback and Mail is available, the system Mail composer may include device/OS/app version you can review before sending. Messages you send go to feedbackofapp@outlook.com.
• Share: if you share the App, the system share sheet may include the App Store link and app name/icon.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Because stall data is stored on device, deleting the App (or clearing app data) removes that local content, subject to iOS behavior and any backups you make (for example encrypted device backups you control).
9. International Users
The App is offered through the App Store. Processing related to purchases and App Store distribution is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
