App: Empty Room (iOS)

Empty Room is a local Lifestyle pause space. We want you to rest for a while—not to be collected.

1. What we collect

• The core pause experience runs on your device. No account is required.

• Networking is not required to enter, pause, or leave.

• We do not record when you enter or leave, and we do not track how long you stayed.

• Preferences such as brightness, ambient sound on/off, sit/lie posture, selected atmosphere, and unlock status cache are stored only on your device.

• If you use the optional one-time unlock (In-App Purchase), payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number or full payment credentials.

• Apple may process purchase receipts under Apple’s privacy policy so that Restore Purchase can work on your devices.

2. What we do not do

• We do not run advertising tracking or third-party ad SDKs for tracking.

• We do not sell personal information to third parties.

• We do not build “streak,” leaderboard, or session-duration profiles.

• We do not access HealthKit or use health/medical data for diagnosis or treatment.

• We do not require you to unlock to use the basic warm pause.

3. Feedback email

If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply. Please do not send sensitive identity documents by email.

4. Children

Empty Room is intended for a general audience (App Store age rating typically 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

5. Your choices

• You can reset local preferences by changing settings in the app or deleting the app (which removes on-device data).

• You can restore a prior unlock via Restore Purchase (handled with Apple).

• You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

6. International users

Empty Room may be available in multiple App Store storefronts. Processing related to purchases is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the in-app text, and we will try to note it in a release.
