Privacy Policy for Sticker Lab

This Privacy Policy explains how Sticker Lab (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) handles information when you use our iOS application. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Overview

Sticker Lab helps you create and export chat stickers using our Lab Face art, optional photos or emoji in the face slot, captions, and packs. We design the App so core sticker creation works without requiring an account.

2. Information We Process

A. Information you provide

- Photos you choose to place on a sticker (Photo Library access).

- Stickers or images you save to your Photo Library (save/export).

- Captions and other content you enter in the App.

- Feedback you send by email (may include device model, OS version, and app version if included in the message).

B. Information processed on your device

- Stickers, drafts, packs, and preferences stored locally on your device.

- In-app purchase entitlement status managed through Apple (for example, Remove Ads or Pro).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a Sticker Lab user profile service that uploads your sticker photos to our servers for storage.

C. Advertising (Google AdMob)

If ads are shown, Google AdMob and related partners may collect or receive device and advertising information such as:

- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers (subject to your iOS settings and consent)

- IP address and general location derived from IP

- Device type, OS version, and app interaction data related to ads

- Consent and privacy choices (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency / ATT where applicable, and Google’s User Messaging Platform / UMP where required)

You may remove ads with the in-app Remove Ads or Pro purchase. You can also manage tracking and ad-related settings in iOS Settings.

D. Analytics (Umeng)

If you agree to analytics in the App, we use the Umeng SDK to understand product usage. Umeng may collect information such as:

- Device identifiers and device/app technical information

- App version and basic usage events

- Network and regional information as provided by the SDK

Analytics starts only after you agree. Declining does not block normal sticker creation and export. Details of Umeng’s practices are also governed by Umeng’s own policies.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide sticker creation, preview, save, and export features

- Process purchases and restore entitlements via Apple

- Show ads (unless removed) and measure ad performance

- Improve the App when analytics is enabled

- Respond to feedback and support requests

- Comply with law and protect the App and users

4. Photos and Your Content

Photos and sticker content you select or create are used to build stickers on your device. Saving to Photos uses Apple’s photo APIs on your device. Do not use photos or content you are not allowed to use.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing by:

- Apple (App Store, StoreKit, system services)

- Google AdMob and advertising partners (when ads are shown)

- Umeng (when you agree to analytics)

- Service providers who help us operate support email, only as needed

- Authorities when required by law

7. Retention

Local sticker data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Ad and analytics providers retain data according to their own policies and applicable law. Support emails are retained as needed to respond.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your Choices

- Decline analytics when prompted (or avoid enabling it)

- Deny or reset Photo Library permission in iOS Settings

- Limit Ad Tracking / manage ATT permission in iOS Settings

- Use Privacy / ad choices forms where offered (for example AdMob UMP privacy options where available)

- Purchase Remove Ads or Pro to remove ads

10. International Users

The App may be used internationally. Advertising and analytics partners may process data in other countries subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date above will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
