Terms of Service for Sticker Lab

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sticker Lab iOS app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Sticker Lab lets you create static stickers with Lab Face artwork, optional photo or emoji faces, captions, colors, packs, and export/share flows for messaging. Features may change over time.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms and these Terms.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law

- Remove proprietary notices

- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

- Attempt to bypass purchases, ads, or security

3. Your Content

You are responsible for photos, captions, and other content you add (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights needed to use Your Content in stickers and that Your Content does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate on-device features you request (for example, rendering a sticker and saving/exporting when you choose).

4. Our Intellectual Property

Lab Face art, templates, branding, UI, and the App itself are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use generated stickers for personal, non-commercial messaging unless we state otherwise in writing. You may not resell our Lab Face templates, art packs, or the App itself as a competing sticker product.

5. Purchases (Remove Ads & Pro)

The App may offer non-consumable In-App Purchases, including:

- Remove Ads — removes ads

- Pro — unlocks exclusive occasion/holiday Lab Face art and related Pro benefits described in the App, and removes ads

Prices are shown in the App and charged by Apple. Purchases are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms. Restore purchases with the same Apple ID when available. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Unless required by law, purchases are final after Apple completes the transaction.

6. Ads

The free App may show ads (including banner, interstitial, and app-open ads) via Google AdMob unless you purchase Remove Ads or Pro. Ad partners’ terms and privacy practices apply to ad delivery.

7. Analytics

The App may offer optional analytics (Umeng). Analytics runs only if you agree. Declining does not prevent core use of the App.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, pornographic involving minors, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may refuse support or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple services and may use AdMob, Umeng, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policies outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STICKERS WILL RENDER IDENTICALLY IN EVERY MESSAGING APP.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP FEATURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU PAID NOTHING DIRECTLY TO US BEYOND APPLE-PROCESSED IAP, IN WHICH CASE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW).

Some regions do not allow certain limitations; in those regions, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop providing the App or change features. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The Effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
