Developer / Controller: Guowen Li (App Store seller)Contact: feedbackofapp@outlook.com

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Importone on iPhone or iPad. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. Summary

Importone is an offline player for audio files you already have. You import files (for example via local Wi‑Fi transfer, cloud storage, Files, an audio file URL, or on-device Music library) and play them locally on your device.

• We do not require you to create an Importone account.• Your music files are stored on your device.• We use Umeng analytics after you agree to the in-app privacy notice.• We show ads via Google AdMob (unless you purchase Remove Ads).• Optional sign-in to Dropbox / Google Drive (and similar providers, if enabled) happens through those providers; we do not receive your cloud password.• Importone is not a streaming catalog and does not host or redistribute your uploads on a public server.

  1. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Feedback emails you send to feedbackofapp@outlook.com (email address, message content, and any device/app info you include).• Purchase status for in-app purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) processed by Apple StoreKit / App Store. We receive what is needed to unlock features; we do not receive your full payment card details.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Depending on your consent and device settings, we and/or our service providers may collect:

• Device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and similar technical data.• Usage / analytics data: page views, feature events, crash or stability signals (via Umeng after you agree to the in-app privacy notice).• Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data (via Google AdMob), which may include advertising ID (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission where required.• Diagnostic data Apple may provide through standard app frameworks.

2.3 Cloud storage sign-in (optional)

If you connect Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar providers:

• Authentication is handled by the third-party provider (OAuth).• The App may store access/refresh tokens and display your account email / name on device so you can manage the session.• The App accesses audio files you choose to browse or import. Imported files are saved locally on your device.• We do not sell your cloud account credentials. Sign out in the App to disconnect; you may also revoke access in the provider’s account settings.

2.4 Local network / Wi‑Fi Transfer

Wi‑Fi Transfer runs a local network service on your device so another device on the same Wi‑Fi can upload audio files into your library. Transferred files stay on your device. We do not operate a remote server that receives those uploads.

2.5 Information stored only on your device

Examples: imported audio files, playlists, favorites / recent / most-played history, equalizer settings, theme preferences, and privacy-consent flags stored in on-device storage / UserDefaults.

  1. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and improve App features (playback, import, playlists, settings).• Process Remove Ads and restore purchases.• Measure and improve product quality via analytics (after consent).• Show personalized or non-personalized ads (subject to regional consent and Apple ATT).• Respond to support requests.• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

  1. Legal Bases (EEA/UK and similar regions)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract / service delivery — to provide the App features you request.• Consent — analytics (Umeng), certain advertising/tracking (UMP / ATT).• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, basic product improvement in a privacy-respecting way.• Legal obligation — when required by law.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

  1. Ads, Analytics, and Third Parties

5.1 Umeng (Youmeng+) analyticsAfter you tap Agree on the privacy notice, we may use Umeng to collect device and usage data to improve the App. See Umeng’s privacy documentation for details on their processing.

5.2 Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP)We use Google mobile ads (banner, interstitial, app open). In applicable regions we gather consent via Google’s UMP before requesting ads. You may open Privacy Options in Settings when required by your region. Google’s policies apply to ad serving: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5.3 AppleApp Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, and system permissions (Files, Media & Apple Music, Local Network, Tracking, etc.) are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

5.4 Cloud providers (optional)Dropbox, Google, and similar providers process data under their own privacy policies when you sign in. Third parties act as independent controllers or processors under their terms. Please review their policies.

  1. Data Retention

• On-device content and settings: retained until you delete them or uninstall the App.• OAuth tokens: retained until you sign out or uninstall.• Support emails: retained as needed to handle your request, then deleted or archived per ordinary business practice.• Analytics / ads data: retained according to the respective provider’s policies and your consent choices.

  1. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a mobile app (including on-device storage of files and tokens, and HTTPS for network requests to third-party APIs). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

  1. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or complaint to a supervisory authority.

In the App / on your device you can typically:

• Decline or later limit analytics by not agreeing / resetting app data (Umeng starts only after Agree).• Manage ad privacy via Settings → Privacy Options (when shown) and iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.• Sign out of cloud services and revoke access at the provider.• Disable Local Network permission (Wi‑Fi Transfer will not work).• Purchase Remove Ads to stop AdMob ad serving in the App (subject to product terms).• Uninstall the App to remove local data from that device.

To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, email feedbackofapp@outlook.com. We may need to verify your request.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

  1. International Transfers

If you are outside the country where our service providers process data, your information may be processed in other countries (for example, by Google or Umeng infrastructure). Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and the updated Policy will be posted at the same URL. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
