Privacy Policy
App: Time Face: Age Booth
Effective date: September 10, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Time Face: Age Booth (“we,” “us,” or “the App”) handles information when you use our iOS application. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
On the App Store the App may appear as “Time Face: Age Booth.” On your Home Screen the App may appear as “Time Face.” These refer to the same application.
The App helps you create Younger · Now · Older age timelines and related portrait looks (including Beauty and Toon rooms), keep Looks on your device, and share results. It is free to use and may show advertisements. You may optionally purchase a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads.
Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, or payment card details inside the App (purchases are processed by Apple).
Depending on how you use the App and your device settings, we may process:
1. Photos, Looks, and face data (on device)
Examples: selfies or photos you take with the camera or choose from your library; faces that appear in those photos; preview and edited images for Age Booth, Beauty, and Toon; timeline strips; and Looks you save in the on-device gallery. Photo and face content stays on your device unless you choose to share or save it using system features (for example the share sheet or Photos). See “Face Data” below for more detail.
2. Device and diagnostic information
If you send Feedback through the in-app mail sheet, the message may include app version, iOS version, and device model to help us troubleshoot. You control whether to send the email.
3. Advertising identifiers and ad-related data
If ads are shown, Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services) may collect or receive advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice), device/technical information, and interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Where required, we present consent / privacy messaging (including Google’s UMP) before personalized ads. We request App Tracking Transparency permission before collecting data that can be used to track you for advertising.
4. Analytics
After you agree to our in-app privacy / analytics prompt (where applicable), we may use Umeng analytics to understand aggregate app usage and stability. If you decline, we do not initialize analytics for that purpose as described in the App.
5. Purchase status
Apple StoreKit provides us with entitlement information needed to unlock “Remove Ads” and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Face Data
Collection
When you use the camera or select a photo that includes a face, the App processes that image—and the face depicted in it—on your device to provide Age Booth (Younger · Now · Older), Beauty, and Toon effects, and to save Looks you choose to keep. We do not require a separate biometric enrollment profile. Face data is derived from the photos you provide for these features.
Intended uses
Face data is used only to generate and display creative / entertainment portrait effects, build optional Younger · Now · Older timeline strips, and store Looks you save locally so you can browse, edit again, or share them later. We do not use face data to identify you to third parties, for authentication, or for advertising targeting.
Disclosures and sharing
We do not sell face data. We do not upload your photos or face data to our own servers. Face data is not shared with advertising or analytics partners (AdMob / Umeng). Face data leaves your device only if you choose to share or save an image using Apple system features (for example Share Sheet or Photos). In that case, the destination app or service receives what you send under that service’s own terms. We do not operate a public feed of your Looks.
If we ever shared face data with a third party (we do not today), we would require that party to provide the same or equal protection of face data as described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention
Face data in photos and Looks remains on your device until you delete the Look in the App or delete the App. Temporary previews used while editing are discarded when you leave the editor or are overwritten by newer results. We do not retain face data on our servers because we do not receive it.
Deletion and revoking consent
- Delete individual Looks in the Looks gallery to remove those saved images from the App.
- Delete the App to remove remaining on-device Looks and related local data.
- Deny or revoke Camera and/or Photos access in iOS Settings → Time Face to stop new capture or library access.
- You control sharing: if you never use Share / Save to Photos, face data stays on device.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete data held by Apple, Google, or analytics providers under their systems (those partners do not receive your face photos from us).
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide Age Booth, Beauty, Toon, Looks, save, share, and related features (including on-device face processing described above)
- Show, measure, and improve advertising (unless you have removed ads)
- Analyze aggregate usage and improve reliability (when analytics is enabled)
- Respond to Feedback you send us
- Comply with law and protect against abuse
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or allow processing by:
- Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases, camera / Photos access, system share sheet, and system privacy controls
- Google (AdMob / UMP) — advertising and consent tooling when ads are enabled (not your face photos)
- Umeng — analytics when you have agreed (not your face photos)
- Service providers that host legal pages or support email
- Authorities when required by law
When you share or save an image, the destination app or service receives what you send under that service’s own terms. We do not operate a public feed of your Looks.
Third parties process data under their own policies. Please review:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Your Choices
- Tracking (ATT): On supported iOS versions we request App Tracking Transparency before tracking-related advertising collection. You can allow or deny, and change this later in iOS Settings.
- Ad personalization / privacy options: Where available (including privacy options surfaced in Settings), you can manage ad-related preferences. Purchasing Remove Ads stops ad display in the App.
- Analytics consent: Where the App asks before enabling analytics, you may decline.
- Camera / Photos access: The App only uses the camera or photos you choose. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.
- Face data / Looks: Delete Looks in the App or delete the App; see “Face Data” above.
- Delete local data: You can delete Looks in the App or delete the App to remove on-device Looks and preferences. Uninstalling does not automatically delete data held by Apple, Google, or analytics providers under their systems.
Children’s Privacy
Time Face is for a general audience (App Store age rating 4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example by emailing support), contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data Retention
On-device Looks, photos used for effects, and preferences remain until you delete them or delete the App. Ad and analytics partners retain data according to their policies and legal requirements. Feedback emails are retained as needed to respond and improve the App.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Face data processed for effects remains on your device unless you share it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
