Color Tiles: Odd Shade is a color-shade puzzle game. The core gameplay runs on your device. No account is required.

1. What we collect

• Gameplay and preferences (for example best Classic and Zen levels, ad-consent choices, and Remove Ads unlock status) are stored only on your device (for example via on-device storage / UserDefaults).

• The game can be played without an internet connection. Networking is not required to start or finish a round.

• If you use the optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number or full payment credentials. Apple may process purchase receipts under Apple’s privacy policy so that Restore Purchases can work on your devices.

• If you agree to the in-app privacy notice, we may use Umeng (友盟) analytics to collect device and usage information (for example app version, device model, OS version, and feature events) to help us improve the app. Umeng starts only after you tap Agree. If you decline, the game still works; analytics will not start.

• The free version may show ads through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and app-open ads). In applicable regions we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather ad consent before requesting ads. Ad serving may involve device information and, where you allow it, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) advertising identifier. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• If you choose Share on the results screen, you use Apple’s system share sheet. We do not receive what you send or to whom.

• If you contact us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply.

2. What we do not do

• We do not operate our own backend that stores your gameplay sessions on our servers.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We do not require Remove Ads to play Classic or Zen.

• We do not access your photos, contacts, microphone, or location for the core game.

3. Third-party services

• Apple — App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, and system permissions.

• Google AdMob / UMP — advertising and consent (unless you purchase Remove Ads).

• Umeng — analytics, only after you agree in the app.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Your choices

• Decline analytics by tapping Decline on the privacy notice, or reset the app by deleting and reinstalling.

• Manage ad choices via Settings → Privacy Options (when shown) and iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

• Purchase Remove Ads to stop AdMob ad serving in the app (subject to product terms and Apple’s rules).

• Restore a prior purchase via Restore Purchases in Settings.

• Delete the app to remove on-device data from that device.

5. Children

Color Tiles: Odd Shade is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

6. International users

The app may be available in multiple App Store storefronts. Purchases are handled by Apple. Analytics and ad providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own safeguards.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above, and we will try to note it in a release when practical.
