Privacy Policy for Sharing Draw

This Privacy Policy explains how Sharing Draw (“the App”), provided by Sucheng Wen (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on iOS.


App Store name: Sharing Draw.

Home Screen / in-app display name: Sharing.

Product focus: blank canvas sketching and photo doodle.


1. Summary

Sharing Draw is designed to keep your sketches and photo doodles on your device. We do not require an account. Some optional features—advertising and analytics—may collect limited device and usage data as described below. Analytics runs only if you agree when prompted.


2. Information We Process


2.1 Content you create

• Drawings, photo backgrounds you choose for photo doodle, drafts, and works stored in the App remain on your device unless you choose to share them through the iOS share sheet or another app you select.

• We do not operate a Sharing Draw cloud account that uploads your artworks by default.


2.2 Permissions

• Photo Library: used only when you pick an image as a canvas background for photo doodle.

• Camera: used only when you take a photo as a canvas background for photo doodle.

• You can deny these permissions in iOS Settings; related features will be unavailable. Blank-canvas drawing does not require these permissions.


2.3 Purchases

• If you buy “Remove Ads”, Apple processes the payment through StoreKit / your Apple ID. We receive an entitlement signal that ads should be hidden. We do not receive your full payment card details.


2.4 Advertising (Google AdMob)

• The App may show banner, interstitial, and app-open ads via Google AdMob unless you have purchased Remove Ads.

• Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction data, and similar information to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with Google’s policies.

• Depending on your iOS version and settings, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt or Limited Ad Tracking settings may apply. You can control personalized ads in iOS Settings.


2.5 Analytics (Umeng)

• If you tap Agree on the analytics consent dialog, we use Umeng SDK to collect aggregated usage statistics (for example app launches, feature events, device model, OS version, and device identifiers as provided by the SDK) to improve stability and product decisions.

• If you choose Not Now / disagree, analytics is not enabled for that consent choice and you can continue using the App, including blank canvas and photo doodle features.

• Umeng processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.


2.6 Diagnostics you send voluntarily

• If you email feedback (feedbackofapp@outlook.com), the message may include device model, OS version, and app version that the App pre-fills. Do not include sensitive personal data unless necessary.


3. How We Use Information

• Provide blank-canvas drawing, photo doodle, works library, share, and purchase-restore features

• Show ads (unless removed) and measure ad performance via AdMob

• Improve the App when analytics consent is granted

• Respond to support requests


4. Sharing of Information

• With Apple for in-app purchases

• With Google (AdMob) for advertising

• With Umeng when analytics consent is granted

• When you explicitly share an image via the system share sheet, the destination app/service you choose receives that content under their policies

We do not sell your personal information.


5. Data Retention

• Local drawings, drafts, and works remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

• Ad and analytics data retention is governed by Google, Umeng, and Apple according to their policies.

• Support emails are retained as needed to respond to you.


6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating user profiles. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us via email, contact us and we will delete it when appropriate.


7. International Processing

Ad and analytics providers may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, they rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms described in their policies.


8. Your Choices

• Decline analytics consent when prompted (or avoid agreeing)

• Purchase Remove Ads to stop in-app ads in Sharing Draw

• Disable camera / photos access in iOS Settings

• Limit Ad Tracking / personalized ads in iOS Settings

• Delete local works in the App or uninstall the App to remove local content

• Contact us to ask questions about this Policy


9. Third-Party Policies

• Umeng: refer to Umeng’s current privacy policy for the SDK region you use


10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy where permitted by law.
