Terms of Service for Sharing Draw

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sharing Draw iOS application (“the App”) provided by Sucheng Wen (“we”, “us”).
App Store name: Sharing Draw.
Home Screen / in-app display name: Sharing.
Product focus: blank canvas sketching and photo doodle.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
Sharing Draw provides on-device tools for blank-canvas sketching and photo doodle, including optional photo/camera backgrounds, a local works library, sharing via iOS system features, optional advertising, and an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Apple Media Services Terms.
3. No Account
The App does not require a Sharing Draw user account. Apple ID is required for App Store download and for in-app purchases/restores.
4. Your Content
You retain rights to the drawings and images you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any photos you import for photo doodle. You must not use the App to create or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
5. In-App Purchases
• “Remove Ads” is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Prices are shown in the App via Apple and may vary by storefront.
• Payment, billing, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Use Settings → Restore Purchase after reinstall or on a new device signed into the same Apple ID.
• Core blank-canvas drawing, photo doodle, saving, library, and sharing features remain available without purchase.
6. Ads and Analytics
The free version may display ads (Google AdMob). Analytics (Umeng) is used only after you agree to the consent prompt. Details are in our Privacy Policy:
7. Intellectual Property
The App, name (including “Sharing Draw” and “Sharing”), branding, and software (excluding your content and third-party SDKs) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that ads/analytics will always be available.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US for the Remove Ads purchase in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you made no purchase), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Apple, Google AdMob, Umeng, and any app you share to are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the App or change features. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms for purposes of enforcing the App Store rules.
