Terms of Service for PARK Later

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PARK Later (the “App”), also branded in-app as PARK, provided by Sucheng Wen (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PARK Later is a utility that lets you capture short interruptions (“stalls”), review them in a lot, and clear them later (Done, Keep 1 day, or Delete). Features may change over time.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Apple Media Services Terms.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the text and links you enter. Do not park unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Delete permanently removes a stall from the App’s active/cleared storage on that device (subject to device backups you control).
4. Free Features and Limits
The free version includes core Park / Lot / Clear features with a limit of 15 active stalls. Cleared (Done) stalls do not count toward that free active limit. We may adjust free limits with notice via App updates.
5. In-App Purchases
Unlimited is a one-time Non-Consumable In-App Purchase that removes the free active-stall limit and unlocks additional accent themes (Teal and Bone). Purchases are billed by Apple. Manage billing and refunds through Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the App for eligible Apple ID purchases.
6. No Account
The App does not require creating an account with us. Loss of device data (for example after deleting the App without a backup) may result in loss of local stalls and local settings.
7. Notifications
Optional local reminders require your permission and can be disabled in iOS Settings.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE APP IS A PRODUCTIVITY UTILITY, NOT MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR EMERGENCY ADVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP FEATURES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10, TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS ALLOWED.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or interfere with App Store / StoreKit systems.
11. Third-Party Services
Apple provides App Store distribution, StoreKit, notifications, Mail, and Safari/link opening under Apple’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites you open from links you parked.
12. Termination
These Terms apply while you use the App. You may stop using / delete the App at any time. We may stop offering the App or update these Terms as needed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and by mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may also have rights under local law.

15. Apple-Required Notice (App Store)
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App; any claims related to product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection relating to the App are our responsibility, not Apple’s. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
