By downloading or using Color Tiles: Odd Shade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information:
1. What the app is
Color Tiles: Odd Shade is a casual puzzle game in which you find the tile with a slightly different color shade.
• Classic — timed rounds with lives.
• Zen — untimed practice.
Scores and best levels are stored on your device. The app is for entertainment only. It is not a medical, vision, or color-vision test, and it does not provide professional advice.
2. Your use
• Use the app only when it is safe and appropriate (for example, not while driving).
• You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the app.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where law allows), redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its assets without permission.
3. Free play, ads, and Remove Ads
• Free: You can play Classic and Zen without purchasing Remove Ads.
• Ads: The free version may show advertisements (including via Google AdMob). Ad frequency and format may vary by region and consent settings.
• Remove Ads: A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase removes ads served through our ad SDK in the app. It is not a subscription.
• Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. We do not process your card directly.
• Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall or change devices after buying.
4. Analytics
After you agree in the app, we may use Umeng analytics to understand usage and improve the app. You may decline the prompt and still play.
5. Intellectual property
The Color Tiles name, branding, UI, and bundled content are owned by us or used under license. Third-party trademarks (for example Apple, Google) belong to their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCORES OR GAMEPLAY WILL BE PRESERVED IF YOU DELETE THE APP OR CHANGE DEVICES WITHOUT BACKUP.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. SOME REGIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.
If you paid for Remove Ads, our aggregate liability related to that purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase (where such a cap is allowed).
8. App Store / Apple
These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Your use must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Usage Rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
9. Changes and ending use
• We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms (we will update the date above when practical).
• You may stop using the app by deleting it at any time.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app for App Store policy, maintenance, or operational reasons.
